Precautions for use of gear reducer

1、 Precautions before reducer assembly

1. The machine should be cleaned before use. Check whether the equipment shaft has bruises and dirt. If so, clean it all.

2. The operating temperature of the reducer is 0 ~ 40 ℃.

3. Check whether the writing specification of the hole (or shaft) connected with the reducer meets the requirements. The public service of the hole shall be H7 (the public service of the shaft shall be H6).

4. Before operation, replace the blockage at the high position with the exhaust plug to ensure that the gas in the body is discharged during the operation of the reducer.

2、 Equipment of reducer

1. The intelligent equipment of reducer is on flat ground, shock-absorbing and torsion resistant support structure.

2. In any case, it is not allowed to hammer the pulley, coupling, pinion or sprocket into the output shaft, which will damage the bearing and shaft.

3、 Application and protection

1. After the reducer is installed, check whether it is sensitive. For formal application, it is necessary to conduct no-load test, and then gradually load the operation under the condition of normal operation.

2. The reducer shall not be overloaded.

3. Check whether the oil level of the reducer is normal before and during operation.
