Dalian Ruikai Da Forging Co., Ltd.  (formerly Dalian Xinpeng Machinery Industry Factory) was established in April 2016. It is a specialized enterprise dedicated to providing small and medium-sized free forgings and finished machined parts for domestic and international mechanical equipment manufacturing customers. Based on the former Dalian Xinpeng Machinery Industry Factory (founded in 2000), it has highlighted the corporate advantages of specialization in finished forgings and internationalization of supporting customers.

The company is equipped with excellent equipment, including more than 20 sets of production equipment such as 3-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, 750kg and 400kg air hammers, forging manipulators, sawing machines of various specifications, electric heating normalizing furnaces, and various lathes, milling machines and drilling machines. It also has the capabilities of flaw detection and hardness testing. It can provide finished parts for mechanical equipment such as mining machinery, rubber machinery, petroleum machinery, marine machinery, lifting equipment, wind power equipment, locomotive parts, forklift parts and hydraulic cylinders, with a daily production capacity of more than 30 tons.

The company has passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification since 2016 (the former Xinpeng Machinery first passed the ISO9001 certification in 2006). The finished forgings provided include not only ordinary carbon steel, tool steel and alloy steel, but also high-alloy tool steel, stainless steel, spring steel, bearing steel, special steel and various non-ferrous metals and their alloys.
