Are there grades of gear accuracy?

1. Gear accuracy is mainly used to control the transmission accuracy between gears during operation, such as the smoothness of transmission, the fluctuation of instantaneous speed, and if there is alternating reverse operation, whether the backlash reaches * * small. If there is impact load, the accuracy should be slightly improved to reduce the damage caused by impact load to the gear.
2. If the above design requirements are relatively high, the gear accuracy should also be set slightly higher, otherwise, it can be set to a lower level
3. However, if the gear accuracy is set too high, it will increase the processing cost and require comprehensive balancing

4. The above parameters are basically commonly used gears, and their accuracy can be defined as: 7FL, or 7-6-6GM precision label interpretation:
7FL: The accuracy of the three tolerance groups for gears is Level 7, with the upper deviation of tooth thickness being Level F, and the lower deviation of tooth thickness being Level L
7-6-6GM: The accuracy of the * * * group tolerance zone for gears is Level 7, the accuracy of the second group tolerance zone for gears is Level 6, the accuracy of the third group tolerance zone for gears is Level 6, the upper deviation of tooth thickness is Level G, and the lower deviation of tooth thickness is Level M
5. There is no calculation formula for gear accuracy, as there is no need to calculate it. It was obtained from consulting the manual.
6. The determination of accuracy level is the result of comprehensive analysis by engineers. The transmission requires precision, or high load, alternating load... so the accuracy level should be set higher
7. There are 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10 accuracy levels. The smaller the value, the higher the accuracy
