Causes of overheating in piston rod machining

(1) The piston rod and the ferrule joint are tilted during installation, causing some parts to rub against each other, and adjustment should be carried out immediately;

(2) The tightly held torsion spring of the sealing ring is too tight and has high sliding friction, which should be adjusted as much as possible;

(3) The radial clearance of the sealing ring is too small, and it should be adjusted according to the regulations;

(4) The remaining oil is insufficient, and the remaining oil should be expanded as much as possible;

(5) The running-in period of piston rod and sealing ring is not good, so it should be strengthened during matching and grinding;

(6) Residues that seep into gas and oil should be cleaned and kept clean.
