Daily maintenance and upkeep of hot-rolled pulleys

Due to the fact that low-temperature lubricating oil is often coated on the steel wire rope during use, it is difficult to avoid sticking to the surface of the hot rolling pulley during operation. Therefore, during maintenance, it is necessary to clear the lubricating grease and adhere to the cleanliness of the track surface. Correct the correct position of the rope pulley and transmission shaft, and add lubricating oil to the moving parts such as bearings.

2. The trajectory cleaning operation of the hot rolling pulley requires the use of neutral detergent for cleaning. After cleaning, the paint peeling part should be repaired to ensure that the surface of the pulley is completely covered with paint to prevent oxidation.

3. Regularly check if there is rust or burrs on the steel wire. If there is any, it needs to be treated in a timely manner, otherwise it will cause severe wear on the hot rolling pulley. Checking whether some fixed components are loose and whether sealing components are worn is a specific aspect of regular inspection.

The key to daily maintenance of hot-rolled pulleys lies in careful inspection of the equipment. Hot rolled pulleys often bear high-strength loads during operation, so in the daily use of equipment, some small cracks present on the pulleys will gradually become serious safety hazards if not handled in a timely manner. However, with only comprehensive maintenance and upkeep, the performance and physical condition of the pulley can be maintained effectively, and the service life of the hot rolled pulley can be extended, while also improving the safety of the equipment during operation.
