Maintenance method of piston rod

Many processing plants need to use the piston rod, which needs maintenance after a period of time. However, many newcomers often do not know how to maintain the piston rod. Piston rod manufacturers share maintenance methods with you.

(1) Carefully check whether the joints are firm and whether the components are in good condition. If any abnormality is found, bixu shall inform the maintenance personnel for maintenance.

(2) If not used for a long time, clean the filter cloth and filter plate before drying.

(3) Disconnect the power supply when removing the module.

(4) Check the parts of bearing and piston rod, keep the parts clean and have good lubrication performance to ensure the flexibility of moving parts.

(5) The electrical control system shall be tested for insulation and reliability. In case of any abnormality, repair or replace the electrical components in time.

(6) Before compaction, carefully check the filter cloth to ensure that it is not folded or damaged, make it smooth and intact, and ensure the filtering effect.
