1. In order to reasonably improve the quality of the assembly line of machinery and equipment, easy to work as soon as possible. Before installing the piston rod, make sure that the clearance between the piston rod and the cylinder meets the requirements. And check whether the dimensional tolerance of cylinder liner is qualified.

2. After the first inspection, if there is any abnormality, a new sealant ring must be installed next. At this time, make sure that the sealant ring is leveled and not distorted. And then in the whole process, do not stick oil, in order to prevent the vulcanized rubber become loose, weak ductility, loss of sealing effect. At the same time, the sealing ring of piston rod can be coated with appropriate sealant, and the wiping should be continuous, symmetrical and uninterrupted.

3. Next, we must pay special attention to the fact that when installing the piston rod of the equipment, especially in the whole process of installing the cylinder liner, we should make sure that our hands are symmetrical and hard to press the cylinder liner in time. And check the height width ratio of each cylinder higher than the plan of the engine cylinder block, so as to prevent the cylinder head from deformation or tightness when tightening the foundation bolts of the engine cylinder block. If there is no standard, it should be installed with the cylinder gasket and the cylinder head, and it should be regarded as qualified if there is no water leakage.

4. At the time of installation, special attention must be paid to the connection and fixation of the installation position. Usually, the piston rod is connected with the piston rod, so the connection is firm and should be clamped tightly, which must be confirmed carefully. There are also many problems caused by the damage of connection position and improper connection.
