Dalian Ruikai Da Forging Co., Ltd. was established in April 2016. It is a specialized enterprise dedicated to providing small and medium-sized free forgings and finished machined parts for domestic and international mechanical equipment manufacturing customers. Based on the former Dalian Xinpeng Machinery Industry Factory (founded in 2000), it has highlighted the corporate advantages of specialization in finished forgings and internationalization of supporting customers. The company is equipped with excellent equipment, including more than 20 sets of production equipment such as 3-ton electro-hydraulic hammers, 750kg and 400kg air hammers, forging manipulators, sawing machines of various specifications, electric heating normalizing furnaces, and various lathes, milling machines and drilling machines. It also has the capabilities of flaw detection and hardness testing.

    Analysis of Dalian Forging Processes: Application Scenarios of Hot Forging, Cold Forging and Warm Forging

    Forging is a core processing technology for heavy machinery, shipbuilding and mining equipment. As a key equipment manufacturing base in Northeast China, Dalian has extensive forging processing demands covering large heavy-duty parts and precision mechanical components. According to processing temperature, forging technologies are mainly divided into three categories: hot forging, cold forging and warm forging. They differ significantly in forming capacity, dimensional accuracy, surface quality and mechanical properties. Accurate differentiation of process characteristics and applicable scenarios is essential for improving forging quality and controlling production costs.
